Quarter Place Young Professional Show Home

This show home was designed for young professionals seeking a stylish, functional, and aspirational living space. At the start of the project, the client needed guidance to visualise their design ideas. We created a detailed floor plan with an open-plan kitchen and used colour to define distinct zones within the space.

A 3D render allowed the client to see the layout come to life, showcasing furniture placement, materials, and finishes. This approach ensured a well-curated, modern apartment that balances style, practicality, and a sense of home — perfectly suited to a professional lifestyle.
